DOMESTIC ORDERS (Australia) are shipped via Aus Post


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Worldwide) are shipped via DHL Express

  • Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days

  • All orders will be provided with a tracking number via email or SMS

  • We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at check out. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

  • X Jagger is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.

For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.


PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

  • X Jagger is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.

  • All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".

  • We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. 

RETURNS

We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags & hygiene sticker still attached. We will not accept returns that are damaged in any way.

  •  Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

  • Returns do not apply to any sale items.

Please note:  we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

In the event of a faulty, missing or wrong item, please email us at hello@xjagger.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.
